Sorry for the delay. It usually takes me few weeks to read up and come up with a writeup. I don’t do copy-writing… If my blog post is a bit slow, please forgive me. I just wanna make sure of what I write will benefit you.
Habit Loop is made up of cue, habit routine and reward. I tried to search for who first discovered it or created the theory. In Charles Duhigg’s book, it was said to be discovered by MIT researchers. It is a very brilliant discovery and great for people who want to kick off a habit like smoking, drinking, overeating, etc.
But I found the pattern is very similar to Pavlov theory...
Our internal circadian sleep cycle is the time you supposed to sleep according to biological clock in your body. It is from 10pm-12am to 5-9am for sleep routines. For Awakers, their sleep routines have been messing up, like sleepy during daytime and can’t get to sleep during nighttime.
I am so sorry for delaying this post. It took me some time to finish my work in real life and reading up the book. Then I found out this book would co-relate with another book. I wanna share information which could be useful to Awakers. That’s why I can only get to post new stuff now.
I guess I need to share with you my tips of studying and handling exams.
